Ingredients

  • 500g Noodles
  • 60g Butter
  • 4-6 pieces of garlic
  • 60g flour
  • 400ml milk
  • 1-2spoons of vegetable broth powder
  • 1/2 spoon of salt
  • some pepper
  • some parsley
  • 150g grated cheese, e.g. mozzarella or Parmesan
  • Optional: 150g-300g Mushrooms e.g. champions

Tools

  • Pot
  • Garlic press

(You probably want to cook the noodles on the side)

Cut and press the garlic Optional: cut the mushrooms, into medium-sized pieces

Melt the butter in the pot, and lightly fry the garlic for about one minute. Add the flour and stir for one minute. Reduce the heat, and add the milk, the broth powder and 250ml of water.

Optional: add the mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer on low-medium heat until its creamy. Keep stirring during this.

Last, add the cheese and stir until it is molten in.
