Chocolate Mousse.
Ingredients
- 200g vegan Dark chocolate
- 400g Soft tofu
- 150ml Soy or wheat Cream
- 10g Vanilla sugar, vanilla extract or one vanilla bean
- 1 Tea spoon vegan whipping cream stiffener
- 3 Spoons Powdered sugar
- 1 Tea spoon Salt
Tools
- Mixing bowl
- Mixer or loads of stamina
- Something to heat butter/chocolate, either a water bath or a microwave
- Blender, i use a stick one others might work as well
Grate or chop the chocolate. Heat the chocolate until its liquid, then set aside to cool of.
Combine the cream with the vanilla and the cream stiffener, then mix until fluffy.
Blend the Tofu, powerdered sugar and salt until its creamy. Using the blender or a mixer, mix with the cholate.
Then mix with the cream.
store in the fridge for at least 2h.
Variants
Blend some (around 500g) strawberries with 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and layer ontop of the mousse
