Ingredients
- 400g Dark chocolate
- 8 Eggs
- 680g Sugar
- 1,5 pieces (about 375g) butter
- 350g Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar, vanilla extract or vanilla from one bean
Tools
- Mixing bowl
- Mixer or loads of stamina
- Oven + deep baking tin
- Something to heat butter/chocolate, either a water bath or a microwave
Heat the chocolate and the butter till they are liquid.
Put the eggs into a bowl, and mix till fluffy. Slowly add the sugar.
With some of the molten butter, grease the baking tin. This is done to make removing the brownies easier later.
Mix in the molten butter and molten chocolate. Mix in the flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Preheat the oven at 180°C. Pour the dough into the baking tin. If needed, smooth with a spatula.
Bake in the oven for 25-35min. You can check if it's done with a wooden stick (e.g. toothpick or shashlik skewer). Poke it in from the top somewhere in the middle, pull it back out. If the dough no longer sticks to the skewer, it's done.
Variants
You can make them into edibles (as in containing cannabis extract). Acquire (or make) infused butter. Then use that butter
